10-25kg bag-filling machines are widely used for solid materials in powder or granular form. While the specific design may vary depending on the nature of the material being processed, the core function remains the same. Our filling machines are utilized for filling Kraft paper bags with products such as milk powder, semolina, carbohydrates, cocoa powder, soy flour, bread additives, and agricultural chemicals. The machine supports both gross and net weight filling modes, with data acquisition capabilities for both processes. Tare weight can be set automatically, manually, or at specified intervals, depending on the weighing method. Operators can easily adjust settings—such as vibration intensity—based on the type of material being handled, ensuring high-precision weighing. The accuracy and speed of the weighing process are influenced by the bulk density of the product (typically 500–600 kg/m³). Consequently, our bag-filling capacity ranges from 1 to 6 tons per hour. For high-speed filling operations, an automatic sewing machine is employed.A single operator can efficiently pack and seal 3 tons of product per hour. If the product in question is granular, this rate can increase proportionally.
Our filling machine is specifically designed for medium- to high-viscosity materials—whether fluid or non-fluid—and incorporates specialized solutions to facilitate the flow of such substances. The unit offers a wide capacity range and high precision, achieving superior resolution through the use of C3–C5 class load cells. To mitigate the impact of external factors such as vibrations, the system performs weighing using four load cells. While precision may vary depending on the specific load cell employed, it typically falls within the 10–15 gram range. Equipped with an indicator that features an analog output and supports external contact-based taring, the system allows for continuous monitoring of weighing accuracy via both the HMI screen and the indicator display, thereby preventing errors in the weighing process.

Technical Specifications of the Bag Filling Machine
* The bag filling speed may vary depending on the density and flow characteristics of the product. To accommodate this, the machine is equipped with two feed augers: both operate during the high-speed phase, while only one remains active during the precision-filling phase.
* A pneumatic mechanism is used to secure the bag at the filling spout. The filling process is carried out according to a target weight set by the operator. Throughout this operation, the load cells, filters, vibrators, fans, and the frequency (Hz) settings of the feed augers are adjusted based on the specific product being processed.
* The machine features an inverter-controlled auger feed system that regulates the filling process according to the target weight; as the weight approaches the set value, the feed rate is adjusted incrementally. Once the filling process is successfully completed, the bag is automatically released onto a conveyor belt or transferred to a robotic arm, which then moves it to the bag-sewing station.
* The system includes a filtration unit that uses automatic suction to remove dust from the environment when handling dusty, free-flowing materials. An optional filter system—with specifications such as 10 m² of filter area and a capacity of 3,500 m³/hour—ensures that the process does not negatively impact the hygiene standards of the operating environment. * Features easy operation via PLC control and a user-friendly 10-inch color touchscreen HMI.

Filling and Sewing Solutions for Specific Bag Sizes
A common challenge with packaging machinery—often affecting operational ergonomics—is the need to accommodate varying bag sizes.
Our filling machine is designed to simplify this process, particularly regarding the synchronization between the sewing machine and the conveyor belt. As shown in the image below, the height of the sewing machine can be adjusted easily using a handwheel. Furthermore, when the height is altered by 150 mm—facilitated by a geared mechanism beneath the conveyor—the lift system on the filling machine automatically adapts, moving into the correct position via a ball-screw mechanism.
